Will joined Edgewood Management in 2023 as Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst after nine years at BlackRock, most recently as Co-Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst on its Growth Team. Prior to BlackRock, he worked for General Atlantic as a Private Equity Investor for two years and started his career as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs. Will graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business with an MBA in 2014 and Harvard University with a BA in Government in 2006. Will was elected in 2019 as a 5-year term member at the Council on Foreign Relations. Will was promoted to Partner in December 2025.
